Nuclara SMS Terms
These terms govern text messages sent by Nuclara, a health‑tracking application developed and operated by DigiCreations LLC ("we"). They supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
Nuclara uses text messages to verify that the mobile number you enter during account setup belongs to you, and — only if you turn them on in your notification settings — to deliver service notices such as reminders and security alerts. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number in the Nuclara app and tapping Send code. Consent language is shown beneath the number field before any message is sent. Entering a number is optional; you may skip it, although some features require a verified number. See the opt‑in flow.
3. Message frequency
Frequency varies with your use of the app. Verification typically involves 1–3 messages during setup. Codes are limited to 5 per hour per account. Optional service notices are sent only as often as the events you enabled occur.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Nuclara does not charge for text messages.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any Nuclara text to stop receiving messages at that number. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing further. You may also remove your number in the app's account settings or by emailing hello@digicreations.net.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@digicreations.net.
7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
8. Privacy
Your mobile number and consent record are used only to deliver the messages described above. They are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Numbers are shared only with the SMS delivery provider needed to send the message. See the Privacy Policy.
9. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorised user of the mobile number you enter.
